Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yazdi-law.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Yazdi Law, PLLC ("Yazdi Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. These Terms do not govern the relationship between Yazdi Law and its clients, which is governed by separate written retainer agreements executed between Yazdi Law and each client.
Not Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
The content of the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Nothing on the Site is intended to create, and receipt or transmission of information through the Site does not create, an attorney-client relationship between Yazdi Law, PLLC and any visitor.
An attorney-client relationship with Yazdi Law, PLLC is formed only upon execution of a written retainer agreement between Yazdi Law, PLLC and a client that specifies the scope of representation. Visitors should not rely on information on the Site without consulting a licensed attorney about their specific situation. Refer to the Disclaimer for additional information about these limitations.
Permitted Use of the Site

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio files, and software, is the property of Yazdi Law, PLLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational use, provided that you do not modify the content and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original content. Any other use of the Site's content — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for commercial purposes — requires prior written consent from Yazdi Law, PLLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YAZDI LAW, PLLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
YAZDI LAW, PLLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YAZDI LAW, PLLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CURRENCY OF CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YAZDI LAW, PLLC AND ITS ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yazdi Law, PLLC and its attorneys, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Site in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
Changes to These Terms
Yazdi Law, PLLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the bottom of these Terms. If the changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice through the Site or by other means. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yazdi Law, PLLC with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
